Using HIVE
HIVE is a volunteer-management service for organizations such as school clubs, chapters and nonprofits, and for the volunteers who give them time. You may use it only in connection with real volunteering.
You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, your organization or a parent or guardian should be aware you are using the service.
02
Your account
You are responsible for everything that happens under your account. Keep your password private and tell us if you believe someone else has used it.
Organization administrators are responsible for the members they admit, the roles they assign and the hours they approve.
03
Hours and check-ins
Hours recorded in HIVE are a record kept by your organization. Checking in from a location you are not at, or logging hours you did not work, is a breach of these terms and may lead to removal from an organization or from HIVE.
Organizations decide how hours are verified and approved. HIVE provides the tools; it does not certify hours to third parties.
04
Content and conduct
Do not upload anything unlawful, abusive or that you do not have the right to share. Do not attempt to access other organizations' data, probe the service for weaknesses or interfere with other users.
05
Availability and changes
HIVE is provided as is, without warranty. We work to keep it available and to keep your data safe, but we cannot promise uninterrupted service. We may change or discontinue features, and will give reasonable notice of changes that matter.
06
Ending your use
You can stop using HIVE at any time by asking an administrator to remove you from an organization or by contacting us to delete your account. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
